See how our love has grown

Into its current form

Giving shelter to each other

From our private storms

 

How many are the ways

To show you how I feel

And to prove to you

That faithfulness is real

 

Much I have freely given

And I would give far more

To probe the hidden depths

Of what my heart has stored

 

I could not even fathom

A better partner for my life

A stronger match could not be found

And no other would suffice

 

Love in all its ways

Is amazing in its depth

It is to you, my dear

That my love I do profess

 

You are the pinnacle

Of every late-night dream

Every flower’s blooming

The sun’s every warming beam

 

This poem I now write

To show you I feel true

This was really good! The art of making a heart feel warm inside with words is a skill not many people have in my opinion. But you have it! ;)

I wish more people could find it in their hearts and soul to scribble down love lines like these. There would be a lot more happy girls in the world, that's for darn sure. =)
