Arousal

Arousal

A Poem by ✒☁Chau Madden Lively Richland
"

Light. Camera. And ACTION!

"

 Desires.

Pain.

Love.

Hate.

Joy.

Endless passion of yesterday;

That of today,

Thoughts of tomorrow,

All in this theater, where

A poor mime tries to penetrate

Onto the crowds: such grand feelings

Of a soul.

Ruse the mind of a child.

Kill the goodness in men.

Desire the pain.

Love the crime.

Hate the simplicity in depth,

Which it cannot bring.

Rouse the wicked truths.

Covet the joy of knowing;

A gain in passion

That soon comes to an end—

A part to life’s sweet mysteries.

The End.

[Bows]
