I Doubt You'll Read

I Doubt You'll Read

A Poem by CodeNameDankNug

Youll never read this
But that's fair
Let me get it off my chest
That didnt feel like the rest
When we met you brought clarity
I felt like me
Existence focused.
Creativity resurfaced.
If my life was a song
That was the best verse
But it's fine. I get it
I just thought you meant it.
That i wouldn't be ghosted
But what hurts the most.
You couldn't just tell me.
I thought we had honestly.
That's not really fair.
I'm to blame anyhow.
But thanks it was perfect
I still dont regret it.
I cant explain why.
These feelings are still growing.
But lets end with laughter
If I'm ever an actor
At the thought of you.
I can cry on queue.

very well written it talks about a love that was taken for granted which resulted in pain and how to move on from that poses another problem.
