Boardwalk BrothelA Poem by Judas HammerThis is the Atlantic City I knew as a young manBoardwalk Brothel The Gamblers Old Tourist Sharks All together in a quagmired fantasy All together winning All together losing We exited the street As we walked toward Donald’s Casino The lights were blinding The front was palatial As if we were before A magic kingdom I saw them there Beautiful women Touching Teasing Tantalizing The tourist, gamblers, sidewalk travelers The streetwalkers Tight leather On beautiful bodies Red lips stick On pouty full lip High heels On long legs My young eyes Have never seen these sites As I get closer My mind And eyes Had a tug of war These beautiful prostitutes Flirting Feeling Foundling The rich white gambles I tried to adjust my senses I didn’t want to say Not a word It was a mix of confusion And young male yearning Jeff caught my eye line He laughed with an evil snicker I looked at Yon He was captured as I “They’re Men!” Jeff snarled © 2012 Judas HammerAuthor's Note
