They swoon as you finish your rendition
It really was a stellar performance The radical fangirls all scream in unison As their biggest crush exits the stage To think you went from garage to glory Carrying the tradition of artistic blood Now the catalyst of teen starvation As well as heart flutters and salivation As you hand the backstage assistant Your golden orange-burst Gibson You lock your fervent eyes with mine And make your way towards me You smile as you notice I'm wearing The clear prism necklace you gave me You trace it as you claim my lips And I can't help but give a chuckle Those girls would really hate me They would turn all shades of green From shamrock to the darkest seaweed If they knew where we were headed
