Entry:Honestly, I think after I get everything in my new plave settles this will be really easy for me to fall into a routine with. I enjoyed my food today (and my small bowl of icecream that was less than a serving size with a handful of the fresh fruit was definitely enough to fill any cravings). I am definitely excited to be able to play around with recipes and new flavors, and maybe reinvent other flavors. I have been thinking I might prepare oatmeal the day before so it is quite easy for me to get and go the next day. Also, I did re-weigh myself (I could keep myself away from the scale :( ) and I have managed to lose 2lbs already! Is this what having a metabolism is like???? © 2020 Angela SparksAuthor's Note
