Dec 10th:         Breakfast: n/a

                        Lunch: two turkey hot dogs (dogs 220c, bread 120) 340cal

                        Dinner: veggie fry w/ chicken 400cal

                        Snacks: pb and raspberry oatmilk icecream w/ raspberry fruit 210cal

                        Drinks: apple juice 120cal

                        Calories Eaten Today: 1070 calories

                                              Steps: 8,568, 66min

 

Entry:Honestly, I think after I get everything in my new plave settles this will be really easy for me to fall into a routine with. I enjoyed my food today (and my small bowl of icecream that was less than a serving size with a handful of the fresh fruit was definitely enough to fill any cravings). I am definitely excited to be able to play around with recipes and new flavors, and maybe reinvent other flavors. I have been thinking I might prepare oatmeal the day before so it is quite easy for me to get and go the next day.



Also, I did re-weigh myself (I could keep myself away from the scale :( ) and I have managed to lose 2lbs already! Is this what having a metabolism is like????

Already I seem to be dropping in weight. considering my goal is a pound and a half a week I could be happier. If I can manage to lose 100lbs in a year (25lbs every 3 months, 8.3 lbs a month, 2 pounds a week) I will be right where I should be health wise! and most definitely smaller
