Nameless Beauty

Nameless Beauty

A Poem by Mason Rayburn

The wandering beauty
The nameless girl
A phantom in your dreams
That only you know
Won't you seek her?
Won't you find her?
Does she really scare you that much?
How does she feel?
You wouldn't know
She's looking for someone
But won't find you
Your fear holds you back
It's what keeps you separate from her
Won't you seek her?
She's alone you know
A phantom alone
A dreary existence
If only one were brave enough
Ask for her name
She might tell you
And if not...
A wandering beauty
A nameless girl
Waiting for someone

This is so beautiful. There is so much longing in this poem... It makes me wonder what gave you the incentive to write this, though everyone, to some degree, feels the passion that is interwoven into this poetry. Wonderful job. :)
