A Poem by Clyde du Coeur
"

Poem explains it all.

"

Who are you now?

Because I don't know you any more.

You used to be my friend,

Or did you just pity me?

We never had much in common

But in person we did enjoy each other's company.

Occasionally you text to see if I'm okay,

Either you care or you're passing the time.

I haven't seen you for a while now,

But if you cared, you'd do something about it. I tried.

Author's Note

Clyde du Coeur
Pretty sparse poem but I think it reflects the friendship I have with this guy.
