Soundless IV

Soundless IV

A Chapter by Cloudless

Plates falling off the table,
The sound of something heavy
Hitting against the wall.

The lovers are fighting again.

Paper thin walls.
The room isn't much to look at.
But it's better than my first place in the city.

I'll be gentle.

It's a one time thing

Of course sweetie.

The door slams
And the man begins to cry.

Listening to his quiet cries
I remember a lonesome man who cried
At his brother's funeral.

But the monster within must have rejoiced.
