Tranquil Twilight

Tranquil Twilight

A Poem by CloudlessDay
"

First attempt at a poem. Lul.

"
A cobalt moon shimmers in the twilight,

Shrouding a grand orchestra of crickets singing their wistful song,

Filling the air of the lush pine forest with a melody like no other.

A cascade of icy water glides in and out of the trees nearby,

Nourishing a ravenous pack of wolves.

The stars sparkle like glistening gems,

Woven into the the fabric of the indigo sky.
