Spill

The need to release

Is the need to flow from within

Everything , just like vomit

but more satisfactory in its produce

Ejecting what churns

 

The motions that pound

The emotions that make you feel ill

But a sense of relief when spilled

this is the life

A life we all live

If we just spill

Perhaps we can breathe

And progress afresh

Evacuating anxiety within

 

No fear

No danger

freely releasing

Expressively feeling

Just spill

As our heart still beats

Please spill
