These story book tales, they're all lies. Let me tell you what the fairy tale world is really like.

It all started that night when  my mother and I were having one of our heated arguments. It ended with her throwing a half-empty bottle of cheap beer at my head and her screaming at me to get out. Like the obedient thing I am, I did what she said. It was around midnight when I was out the door, with nothing but the clothes off my back. I needed some place to crash just for the night. I'd be back in the morning where she would be too hung-over to remember much. 
As I wandered down the side walk I took a sharp turn and headed towards the Cemetery. I decided to visit Jenn's grave yet again,even if the grieving wasn't good for me. When I got there I found myself kneeling down in front of her grave stone. Just staring at the inscription, something about her death just didn't seem right. The more I studied it the more groggy and tired I grew until...

I'm really just looking for pointers on where to go or what I need to improve on. I haven't written freely for a while. I feel as if I loose some details, but if I put them it side tracks from the story. (I'll finish this up later.)
