End Onto Endless

End Onto Endless

A Poem by Dead Angel
"

A collaboration with Matthew Carter about our strong friendship. Enjoy!

"

Reviewing time arises smiles, the past and as we are, still lighting with the vibrancy of our start, we move on with sincere volume in our hearts.

Time and seasons change, but our love doesn't. We stay as we are, as if we let loose into all infinity.

Fueled by strength born in correct hope, the substance of love we serve flows down up in turn

Beautiful hearts who have found each other and have a strong connection though we are an ocean aprt.

When hearts strike a chord, when souls search and make thin of dark, when distance doesn't have the definition of being apart.

He is my shadow, he is always with me wherever I go and he is my rock when I need someone to lean on.

She is life, she is reason, entirely lays within her eyes. I will carry her if she can't walk, I will find her if she takes a fall.

No matter how dark it gets for us, we will stay strong and true to each other.

It has been promised, it shall be delivered, triumphant march to return us home.

We will rise together like angels flying to the kingdom and sing in their wonderous choir

Tucked beneath their wings a halo awaits a new Celestial arrival.

Some will try and steer us into the dark, but we will be each other's guiding light and save one another.

Along with a trail of those we love, in the end we will be there together.

This is very well put together. The only part that I didn't like was the He/She lines. Maybe they could have been coloured individually as though thoughts about each other? When I was reading I just became a little confused. Having said that the premise is very good and I can relate closely to the oceans apart line!

Very good collabo. I do agree that the parts referring "he" and "she" should have been seperated by color just to make it a bit earier. But still a beauitful piece.. ; )

Amen. This reads to me like a prayer for this bond to never end. It's so beautiful. I did like the he/she parts as they added a personal touch in the middle, I thought it fit in nicely. This is so beautiful....so many use the internet for silly things....it's so great to be in a place where real connections are made and true friendships are born. Blessed be to you both!!

One question.....did he mean to say "eternity" in his "she" line instead of "entirely"? I read it as eternity though it's not written that way. just checking!

A great piece, you two!!! Congrats!

Amazing write as always. I'm a fan of heartfelt poetry and this was one of it.

"Beautiful hearts who have found each other and have a strong connection though we are an ocean aprt."

You misspelled apart and shouldn't it be beautiful hearts that have found each other?

What I pointed out was just a minor mistake so it's no big deal. The message was clear and the poem itself was as vivid as wonderful as all of your other writes. I'm just a bit skeptical about the character interactions though but its still all good. Pretty good job!

A nice thoughtful piece, knowing you will meet at heavens gate. Nicely done by both of you.
