I Know A Place

There is a place
Where dead minds glow
And where a face
Doesn't matter

There is a place
Where you don't have
To worry about
Being gay,
Or bi,
Or anything else.

A place where the people are kind
Where hope isn't refined
And life
Is accepted

There are no wars
No disagreements
Where silence pours
Out of the sea

You don't need imagination
To visit this wonderful place
Do you believe in procrastination?
Well, you don't need that either.

This place,
This place,
It's a place where dragons soar overhead,
And the hooves of unicorns rock the ground.

A world, a whole other world,
Full of what you want it to be!

There books here,
Books, of every subject,
Nation,
And race.

Nothing bad happens in this new place.
This home base,
It sounds nice, right?
Everything you ever wanted,
Right at your fingertips?

Guess what?
This universe,
This world,
It actually exists.

How?

Open a book.
