Two LovesA Poem by UnchainedStuck between two loves? Which do I choose. One road I've walked before, The other is brand new. Both are sweet, Both are kind. In my own twisted way, I want both to be mine. Pain shall come, With heartache and tears. Half will be mine, Facing my fears. I can look into ones blue eyes, And see all the love. The other keeps it hidden, Like a magician's dove. They both mean so much to me, In their own little ways. They both make me smile, Each and every day. So what do you do, When you can't make up your mind? Do you sit around and wait, Or leave one behind? I love them both, As you can see. But now it's time, To let it be. © 2009 Unchained |
