I didn't want to hurt Pepe's feelings, so I added a little poem about him. :)

Pepe

is kingly and deserving.

runs and plays, toenails clicking.

requires nothing but food, water, and love.

loves toys more than any other dog I've known.

fetches the arrow for Kristin and wins contests.

desires to be held and stroked 24/7.

sleeps like a content, newborn baby.

pals around with Sugarfoot.

is in my lap now.

Author's Note

One day I took Sugarfoot to the vet for a checkup. While I was there I adopted Pepe. The vet tech witnessed a heartless man throw Pepe out of his moving car window into the ditch. She brought him to the vet's office to get him the help he needed to survive his crushed ribs, broken leg, and broken tail. The poor little fellow needed another chance at happiness. He went from the pits to heaven. He now lives like a king. He is Sugarfoot's best friend. There is no dog more humble and deserving than Pepe.

Oh poor little guy! He's adorable and you are awesome for adopting him! Our dog Brody came from the S.P.C.A. some one dumped him on the streets, we can only assume it was because they figured out he couldn't hear. He is the most loving wonderful dog ever, all he wants is hugs and kisses.

Awwwww.....so glad you ended up with Brody. Deaf dogs are definitely smart. They use their other senses to make up for the loss of one. I'm sure that he is just as well-adjusted as any other dog. Thank you for reading and commenting. Give Brody an extra hug and kiss from me!!

I'll do that. He's an awesome dog. He's very snuggly. He's this giant fluffball of love. He's a Chow mix, mixed with what we have no idea, lol. But he is smart he knows sit and he knows to go potty outside so someone definitely trained him at some point.

He he cute lol awwww people are so mean to treat an animal that way, I cant stand animal abuse, I rescued my dog Landon:) He is spoil rotten , his favorite toy is a jolly ball and a Gatorade bottle, the bottle only last 2 days lol.

A sweet tribute poem to a beloved pup. And well written. And I know people probably get tired of hearing this from me, but not a fan of the coloured fonts, particularly the bright fluorescing kind. The shape is nice tho.

Hmmmm. I've never heard that. I'll likely not use colored fonts on serious writes. I like them for fun or silly things. I chose lime green for this one because it's my daughter's favorite color and this is her dog. :) I chose the dark red for Sugarfoot since it matches her collar!
