can't decide which is prettier, your poem or the picture. yes, you sure have a lovely dog, though his/her legs aren't fully developed. I am an animal lover, myself. I have an adorable turtle, Esmeralda. she's still a baby and I can't wait for her to grow up. I love turtle soup.

i saw the tite and immediately thought of the tv series Sugarfoot with will hutchins...the one that ran with Cheyenne and Bronco...

and i started humming the theme song...and then saw your sugarfoot..what a cutie.

I understand. You musr wait until you're ready. When you are ready, just tell yourself that you are not replacing her, you are just saving a different dog that you will love in a different way. I promise that you will! But not until you are ready!

Dogs (and cats, when they feel like it, lol) give that unconditional love that only they can. They only want our love, they are ever so happy to return it. (And now I shall hope on my little soap box: Adopt rescue animals, they are awesome!) Nicely done, not everyone appreciates how wonderful the love of a companion like an animal can be!
