Things To Live For

Indie music, cute cafes.
The scent of vanilla bourbon and hazelnut wafting through the air; soft sunlight streaming through macroscopic glass windows

Red-spotted maple leaves; twirling to the earth during the October months,
crisp, fresh air rushing into your lungs when you step into nature
the aroma of burning, smoky wood amidst snowfall
and the olfactory sensation of pine needles scattered about beneath your toes.

An undivided "hello" from a resplendent stranger
brand new clothing soothing your skin
moments of cachinnation where you forget everything that's ever gone wrong

And watching the sunrise
this immense fireball which rises everyday no matter what wars are raging on this earth.
it has risen for eons and continues to illuminate everything it sees
as should you should rise

As should you.
