Windows Can't Show Me EverythingA Poem by CitrtgoW8P
Meaningless words strewn across the sill.
Square panes render a restricted vision Of an outside world Full of disorder and possibility. A chimney pokes its head Into the bottom of the picture It emits nothing Holding well the secrets Of the house across the street. Tree branches hover In a tangled mess, Home to creatures and things That like to hide just the same. And here I am, Just another creature, With a chaotic array of thoughts and desires, Living inside my mind, As seen through the window of my eyes.
