This isn’t right

When I can’t look into the tragically hopeful eyes of our tomorrows

Without hearing the deafening bang

And watching the light

grow dim.

. i'm sorry if i seem at a loss when i read your work ... but i really don't know what to say except "beautifully said" ... i spent most of the day thinking that "something has to change" ... and the person i want to say these words to ... is almost holding time down under the water ... to kill it / drown it ...
