A small girl's working life (Part 1)

"I'm struggling about what I want!"

"I'm very unhappy about my current job"

"Why you treat me like this, not my fault please!"

"Why you didn't send to the PIC, I already told you"

" Why you do wrong, I already told you"

These are the common sentences that the small girl will be saying in the working place. This small girl feels very angry as her superior didn't tell her at all. But she just keeps quiet and just follows the order. But what can she do? if you are the small girl, will you resign and find another job or continue staying?

Actually, what's the job mean to you? A legal way to earn money or a reason for you to gain experience or because of parents? 

Once you step into working life, you cannot avoid this unfair treatment. When you are in a lower position, you cannot avoid being betrayed by your colleagues; You cannot say NO to them when they want to go somewhere which is very expensive place; You cannot avoid of being bullied by senior management; If you feel sorrow, you cannot say anything even though got the Human Resources department!!!  But what can you do? Suicide or change job or jobless? 

As we all know, the employee just wants to have a happy working environment instead of getting high pay or getting high pay in a happy environment? 

This small girl, knows she wants to be happy but until now she still cannot find the job that satisfies her. Thus, she keeps changing the job of looking the answer.   However, time flies, it will not stop for you until you find the answer. 

This small girl is struggling now, she needs somebody to help to solve her problem, help her choose which one she wants, either money or happiness. 

Therefore, for you will you choose money or happiness in your working life?
