A Mothers Prayer

A Mothers Prayer

A Poem by Silent_Dreamer

All I ask is that you become stronger then Me
Become more wiser
Use your intuition
Love yourself completely
Love everything you are
Do not accommodate for no one
Pay attention to what people show you
Learn from their actions
When you fall down
Pick yourself up
Do not depend on no one
Love deeply but don't let it drown you
Do not consume yourself with hate
Hate in your heart will consume you
Have patience
Don't rush into anything
Live by what you believe
And even if you stand alone
Still stand and still fight
I ask that you be become better than me
Do a mistake once
Don't repeat it over and over
Do not shed the same tears I have
Learn from them
Protect your heart at all cost
Our heart is our most precious gift
Don't abuse it
Don't make it suffer repeatedly
Be kind but not native
Be gentle but not weak
All I ask is that you live your life to its greatest potential
Because we only have one
And after that's gone there isn't another
