Whew! Been a while!

I can't breathe,

I can hardly see.

My tears are blocking my sight,

I feel like I'm drowning.

 

I've cried so much,

I'm drowning in my own sea.

My heart is pounding,

And I close my eyes to give up.

 

You wont let me,

You're keeping me alive.

You pull out,

and breathe your life into me.

 

I slowly awaken,

To find myself in your embrace.

Just when I thought you gave up,

You've once again amazed me.
