Dreamer

Dreamer

A Poem by Cierra Scott
"

To all you dreamers!

"

I place my hand under my chin,

And I dream about what the world could be.

I think about society,

And think of how things once were.

When the wind blows,

I think of a peaceful place.

When the rain falls,

I think of tears from heaven.

When I see a family playing,

I can't help but smile.

When I hear the laughter of a little girl,

I always think of early childhood.

If things start to get bad,

I go somewhere quiet, and enter my own little world.

A world of peace and love,

Where everyone's sweet, and kind.

I'll draw my little world out for you,

But will you join me?

If I tell you how wonderful it is,

Would you dream it with me?

I Am A Dreamer.

Are You?

This flowed very well.

We need to dream of a peaceful world. Then get Washington to dream with us. A excellent poem. I like the flow and the ending was very good.
