As Brave Take command

As the poor take over

 

 

As Brave Take Command

 

I am just a writing man

With a mind all of my own

I like to make my words real clear

As me I sit alone

I look around at all the evil

That our leaders throw our way

As they make a prison for us all

And make our lives so grey

 

Our water they fill up with bad things

[That can make us quite ill]

They put their poisons in our food

And air with bad things fill

Can all our leaders, and the rest

Be trusted by us all

Do they think that we will bow to them?

As they try to make us fall

 

One day these fools they will find out

That real folk have much power

They’ll feel the wrath of angry folk

And beneath us they will cower

Then the wise will run the show

And our world will feel so grand

As, we show them the strength we have

Then the brave will take command
