AS The Rain Comes Crshing Down

Just for the love of nature I write this

 

As The Rain Comes Crashing Down

 

As the rain comes crashing down

And the sky is black as night

There’s a feeling in my soul

That shines so very bright

It comes from my creator

And makes me too create

This poem that I am writing now

I cannot hesitate

 

To let these words flow out of me

About this life divine

The breath of god it touches me

This thing in me does shine

I give my praise to everything

That is, or ever was

As I recognize divinity

I do and it’s because

 

It’s here, it’s here it’s always here

That is how it is

And as that rain comes teeming down

My heart is filled with bliss

Because the power in the sky

Has reached into my soul

And touched me with his holy breath

And made me feel so whole
