Paintbrush Smiles.A Poem by Lana BimbiI find graffiti with a message amazing, hence this poem.Next time you venture to the city, Let your eye wonder to the walls. For it is there that lies a cemetery, Of nostalgic black and white scrawls. - And these scribbles tell a story, An imitation of the past. Some depict the future, Others a broken heart. - These images often being, Dismissed as youth rebellion. The labyrinth minds of sullen souls, Preaching such art isn’t of worth in heaven. - But for those who draw the pictures, And for those who tell the tales. Allow the city walls to remain your canvas, And may your paintbrush continue to create smiles.
