My casketA Poem by ChylaThis room like a closed casket, I, just a drowning soul in the darkness. I entered this casket in hopes of escaping for eternity Words of hate acting as the dirt tossed so ruthlessly on top, with no regard to the body inside the lullaby that sends me on my way to a dirt nap so eerie. The rusty air getting thicker as the hours, minutes, and seconds drag on, suffocating me. My fear of being trapped no longer a fear but a harsh reality. My door is looked shut, my casket tightly seal from the outside world I once wondered. But am I safer here? am I safe being locked away from the world? From the bitter, ruthless, deviant world. Or am I only hurting myself For when I am forced to rejoin society? for when my casket is dug up from the cold ground and I am resurrected.
