MiseryA Poem by y a s m e e n _ f u r m a nFeeling your insecurities Touching your vicious, vital thing And she grabs your finger Strokes your impurities And she takes her hands And holds your emptiness And throws it away... Now you know how it feels To be torn away from your dreams Misery, misery She´s devouring your skin Just the way you like it I wasn´t using you But now your being used, you fool Misery, misery It´s like your showing up at my front door But all I hear is your voice My eyes cant remember your face your structure My hands cant remember Your touch Your embrace And my lips cant remember Your taste It´s as if I opened the door and seen nothing But invisibleness And all I hear is your voice It´s the way you left That´s all I can remember Misery, Misery You´ll face your mistakes one day Misery will eat you alive Like it did with me... And all you could think about is how to escape But it wont go away Because that past is haunting You wont be alone... It´s haunting me too...
