Saved meA Poem by FëanároI've had a dark hour between 6-9th grade (quite the hour) and there was someone that just made me feel better, so I took the situation to the extreme in this poem in resemblance to this feeling.
You found me shot up, and screwed up,
Witheverything that could go wrong. So you took me in and threw my bong. You made me feel better since I was blue And it always baffles me how you are true Well, that night you found me, On the street, fallen, and weak, You saved me. In the warmth of your love I am new. With that kissit kept me from the slip. You saved me, And all I feel I can say is "thank you" On the verge of suicide, Knowing it was too much to bear, you moved in: Showed me you had love to share, And people who really care! Through all my yelling fits, And all my manaic bits, You still tried to make me better. That night you found me, Scared, fallen, and weak, You saved me. In the warmth of your love I am new. With that kiss it kept me from the slip. You saved me, And all I feel I can say is "thank you" © 2012 FëanároAuthor's Note
