Shadow

Shadow

A Poem by Fabula

She stood alone before God's ray
A mirror image on the wall

The vision lived in nightfall

Cast with her every day

Only the blinding touch of night

Could hide the bound shade

From watching the girl's fate

Being haunted by the black knight

wow, this is so wonderful and deep.

The way you used light imagery in this was great. I mean, the line "only the blinding touch of night" was beautiful and oxymoronic but it worked perfectly. Very nicely done!
