The Road to the Last Good Bye

The Road to the Last Good Bye

A Poem by Missing Part

Driving through the snow covered streets watching the lights pass by in a blur.

Taking in the view that has been seen a million times by these eyes and many others.

Saying goodbye to the familiar scenery, following the road until there is no road left, where ever that may be.

It seems all to familiar like this was done before, it’s as if it were a memory, the road turning and  winding like a rollercoaster.

This all too familiar road has led her to what seems like the end of the world just to find him and say I love you and goodbye for the last time.
