Bam Bam or HerculesA Poem by Christina May ShanabergThe perfect man!Bam Bam or Hercules
I don't want Bam Bam or Hercules; Will you wipe my nose, when I sneeze; Will you clean up after me, when I spew; Then, the guy I'm looking for is you; I promise that I won't always be sick; I want someone through thin and thick; I'm not interested in any muscle; Can you hold up in hustle and bustle?
I don't want Bam Bam or Hercules; Never want to see you upon your knees; I want a man whom can hold his own; Someone special I can depend upon; Would you help me out, while I cook, Not just someone standing by, for a look; I want you to become a part of my life, Making me your very all, your wife.
I don't want Bam Bam or Hercules; I want a gentle man who comforts me; Love is a two-way, very cluttered street And I will never rest, at your tired feet; If you think that you want all that is me And can trust me to roam and be free, Then, we should no longer tarry, 'Cause I'm that girl you should marry.
I do!
