The subtle rhymes actually work to create a piece with a smooth flow and good voice. Also, it sounds spontaneous and effortless in its declaration of love. The message come across, strong and passionate.

I would be careful with some of these descriptions they come off as a bit trite. Try working with your metaphors and imagery a bit more, but you can always work with poems over time and develop them.

Its got a really good flow, and good job with getting your emotions out. Notice you write alot of sailing, sad to say but its a dying art form. I learned how to last year and just cant get enough it! Anyways good job;D
