Fuuuucking depressed right now.

Oh tonight I feel weird tonight

I feel a wave of sadness which comes far from my heart

I feel a tsunami destroying everything on its way

I'm not ready, I'm not ready at all

The wound is deeper than I thought

Do you see things squarely now?

What you lived had a degree of emotion 

Rarely known, intensely vivid, don't worry,

That's a normal reaction, just live it

Just let this feeling expresses itself

Above all don't refuse it, and welcome it as a part of you...

Wonderful, I love it. I can see the imagery and feel the expressed emotion. Yes, we may not be ready at all for anything, but we can at least prepare ourselves for the worst.

Wow. that's how it always is, isn't it? We know it's on its way, but we don't want it to be.

Whatever the cause of depression, I hope it's gone by now, but this is raw writing, cathartic, and I do pray it helped...Similar writes of mine are published just for the release of emotions and then de-published in my book of de-published writes..Keep writing, my friend. No one is ever ready, it's too chaotic to ever be ready, we just try our best to be.
