Signed In Blood ( The Dashed Line)A Poem by Christina BracerosThe blade runs through and the blood seeps crying tears of remorse that she couldn't make herself
It makes her reality more real for she feels out of body
A cold chill a complete emptiness her only friends
But one is not enough she needs more now she is beyond return beyond repair
She doesn't care her thoughts run slow like slush but steady like a river
She debates with herself take away or remain it doesn't matter anyway
The addiction is back along with the emotion phase or sickness? does it matter?
It's better than drugs as the pain courses through her veins
She craves for more inflict galore making the nightmare easier to bear
Oh mommy, daddy can't you see what you did all you said was she was and idiot moronic, ugly, and stupid look she believes it you stained, tainted, bruised, and hurt
so she's just finishing your work
Might as well have your pain all at once
she doesn't care whether she is here or there
stinging and streaming the addiction reddening you really did it now she has no heart nor a soul
they're gone signed over in blood
she's sick more than anyone knows more sick than anyone cares sh'es done fighting and living waiting for her day of dying by the thing that grows inside
She'll leave this hell with no goodbye Honestly "f**k my life" no sick person should live like this and regret it
so mother, father are you proud now your daughter is dead and your favorite son is all thats left
She'd rather die than live through this s**t Hol- ly Mary Mother of G-d screw you and them all For G-d doesn't give a rats a*s at all
If he had than she wouldnt be suffering like this nor should anyone else So she'll sign the dotted line with her blood on her right hand
And when people look at the date of birth and death the dashed line between
They'll think "so young" she'll say " to long" though the line is short and straight it doesn't demonstrate half of her pain the enitre time no it doesn't that line that sits between death and life the short line where her signature is signed
