Bring Me Back (Rehab)

Bring Me Back (Rehab)

A Poem by Christina Braceros

I have gone and died

Can you bring me back?

Probably not

no one can

so quit fooling

and acting

hero

to zero

I should have went to rehab

when the first taste wasn't enough

I should have walked away

when I gave you my name

So quit saying

that you can fix this and that

you can't fix s**t

you make the pieces microscopic

thats why I"m all the sudden

pushing daisys

I should have went to rehab

Because after one taste

I knew I couldnt go back

Can't bring me back

I should have went to rehab.

Hmmm...this one seems to have regret...but maybr not regret...but sadness? Anywho,I thought this poem was good as well. As all of your other poems I've read, your word choice is astounding and really gives emotion to the piece. Good job!
