EuphoriaA Poem by ChristaBoth feel the heat in the locked gaze Like a magnet the other is drawn near Eyes flutter close as heads tilt Lips touch, softly, tentatively at first Pulling away, looking at each other No words as lips touch again Bolder, pressing against each other Desperate Passion sweeps through both bodies Goosebumps form on cool skin Cool skin transformed into a warm throbbing Blood rushes through veins, hot Boiling, every sensation magnified Tongues teasing lips, fingertips touching Hands sweeping through hair It all starts with a look One leans forward Soft caresses of the face Eyes open, pupils dilated One more look, one sigh As passion takes over Euphoria
