Thoughts that I don't know how to handle 

Thoughts that consume my mind 

Thoughts of you 

Of how I'd have given you anything

I give you my heart without a thought 

Now I can't let you go 

Apart of me want to un-see the video in my head of us

Tomorrow I'll try to open my eye and face reality 

But for today I want to live in a fantasy

A fantasy where we're still happily together like nothing could get in our way 

Where we write our own story 

But in reality, I cry so many tears 

I guess for now on I'll have to keep our memories safe in my head 

Can we pretend like we're still fine for one more night 

One more night of us loving each even if you're pretending 

One more night of us talking like the world will never end 

One more night of us holding until we fall asleep 

One more night of us smile at with so much love 

Maybe after that night is over maybe we can do it all over again

Could we or after that night will our love really to come to an end do I truly need to let you go 

Maybe this will help me come back into reality 

The reality that our love has to an end 

That no matter what our flames have burned out
