Dawn On A Tremulous SeaA Poem by ChrisMA poem about an emotional recovery.Like an unmoored buoy In a night sea storm Plunged drowning into devouring seas Spewn suffocating into howling gales Seared by lightning that Harrowed drenched heaven
Going on for going on's sake Without direction, time, or hope
I come abruptly upright, sodden, dripping
The sea is restive Night pearls to faint light A clear wet breeze Scurries chastened clouds
I breathe and ride A wobbly stability On shirring wavelets Catching my breath Alone on a tremulous sea.
