CaJaRose.A Poem by Chloe Madison Taylor. When whistles come in handy.Precious porcelain is sliding off the shelves green lit water is flooding the fourth floor Cal's got a pocket of cash and rubies hoping to find a spot on the next boat as well as a place in her heart. Too bad shes busy taking off her clothes sprawled on a couch in nothing but her new will to live The old b***h is demanting her tea First class first, f**k the lower class with knives Death is a pretty good equalizer, in my book Somewhere soggy a mother tells her children a fairy tell tucking them in and kissing them goodnight Somewhere warm a mother tells her children a fairy tell only this time the children wake up in the morning. The captains goin down with his ship, The old mans goin down with his liqour bottle Your money means nothing here, Cal Never meant anything to Rose Who's promising to never let go but she let go and there he goes somewhere between shipwrecked and frozen lungs he didnt drown in the end no, and neither did the band they were the best part of that movie, anyways
Turn off the television, sweetie I've had enough of shipwreck love and car sex for one night. © 2008 Chloe Madison Taylor.Author's Note
