Take Me Home

Take Me Home

A Poem by snapstache

Her stare is blank

As she walks through the snow.

Her mind is clear

As she observes the cliff.

She bites her lip

With no second thoughts.

Its gone on far too long.

She thinks of her family

Oh, how they raped her of pride.

A tear runs down her cheek

As she takes the last step.

Oh, how selfish she is

To do this to her family

But, what good did they ever do her?

As she tumbles down

She says a quick prayer

"Oh, dear Lord,

Please take me home,

Take me there."
