Mad Man

Mad Man

A Poem by snapstache

Some call me crazy,

Others call me mad,

But a truly mad man,

Never smiles,

Sits in a room all day,

And has no imagination,

But I,

Smile always,

Love to run,

And if you've read my works,

Know I have plenty of imagination,

So therefore I am not mad,

But simply glad,

And misunderstood,

A writer,

Something a mad man could never be.

I've been avoiding reviewing your new stuff for far too long, so here we go. I'm not entirely sure I agree with your definition of a mad man, but regardless of that, you get your point across very well without sounding either silly or whiny. That's rarer than you'd think. Four stars.
