Pain

I wrote this a while ago with no real meaning at the time but now as I look back on it, it's showing a great importance to something quite close to me at the moment. Hmmm...

Everyone has scars,

Some deeper than others,

But we all have them,

Show me yours and I'll show you mine,

You say go,

I say no,

They're too painful to bring to the surface,

I've buried them deep,

It'll hurt too much to show them,

Even to myself,

But they're there,

I live with them,

Live with them,

Not deal with them.
