LONGING

LONGING

A Poem by Cynthia Barrick (CHING CHING)

"LONGING"

Longing for some comfort and loving kisses.

Maybe it wont be just wishes.

Hold on and be patient is what I've been told.

All I know is I'm longing so much for you to hold.

A sweetheart is what you can be.

So lets kiss the way it was meant for us to be.

I love your big brown eyes and ebony they are.

When I can gaze into them I drift afar.

Far away is what we want to do.

Maybe our wish will one day come true.

Pretty rainbow in the photo!

Nicely written piece, expressing some deep longing to be close to the one you love...
Great job!
