Isolated HopeA Poem by Chilson, JoshuaThis is something some of us must work on, myself included. It's only in being hurt, that you can find comfort, in or away from another, giving pain won't teach you this.
Open your hearts, allow fear into life, embrace everything, show a little humanity.
Were suffering, becoming recluse, falling into isolation, hiding from inner cruelty.
I am the result, a soul shaken hermit, driven to the screen, where then I pour my soul.
Looking for a window, letting light bring hope, that one day I may return, to the world we live in. © 2012 Chilson, JoshuaAuthor's Note
