Cold Black PriusA Poem by ChidoriflowerYet another poem.
You got no sleep last night; were you entwined in my dream?
The moon whispers silent soothing words, silver rays in your room I've slipped up, stumbled, but you lifted me up and crashed me down Love, it is always dirtied, what the hell does it mean Any time you enter a room, it lights up, it spells out my doom A head held so high, vanity stained me, you broke that crown Obsession drove me to insanity;lust starved my soul You fueled that fire, took me from selfish cocky purity The inner wolf ignited red-hot flames, tearing innocent flesh Shock me, enter inside of me! The lighting spasms me whole! A new arrogance stack atop a crest, a new surety You may satisfy desire, but my heart is paper mesh Bells tinkle in the distance, a hare stomps his foot Blood scabs on a hurt knee of a girl, she grabs a sandwich Sigh, because somewhere, maybe someone, is dreaming Of a black Prius, freezing cold
