A Poem by Philip Gaber

a very earnest liberal lady from westchesterShe has knowledge stored for a future use.
Rooms are generally quiet and respectful while in her presence.
After becoming engaged, she began hyperventilating on a regular basis and her skin mottled.
When someone asked to see her engagement ring, she excused herself and got sick in the ladies room, and told the bathroom attendant, "I need love and comfort and space to breathe."
"Girl, you know men are like food," the attendant said. "You’re lookin’ for a hunka raw meat and gettin’ a lumpy bowl a oatmeal."
When she awoke the following afternoon, she made a daring escape, took a risk, and listened to her own sense of style and made sure that anything that could possibly help her was far away from her

She has knowledge stored for future use.
