A Day like This...

One of those days where you just feel like everything you do is wrong.

It's day like this,
Like this and that.
Where there is not bliss.
And you feel like you've fallen flat.
The day is long.
The hours go on.
You feel like everything you do is wrong.
And the people who have been around are gone.

You feel alone,
And your stomach gets that feeling.
It's been twisted and turned.
You know in time, you'll do all the healing,
From all the lessons you have learned.

It's like you need to keep swimming
You kick one leg after another.
Trying to stay on top, trying to keep fighting.
You get those feelings though, not like all the others.
Where you just want to give up.

Author's Note

Ignore grammar, I don't know I kind of winged this. The ending bothers me but overall I like it in a way. I have tons of days where I just feel like this.

well i think that this has a very good message behind it! everybody has a bad day, but you just have to get though it and move on, i mean its not like it is the end of the world ya know lol!
