Just a poem about the way people could feel in a relationship. Comment?

I know what I did was wrong,
You and I both know I wasn't strong enough.
Not for this relationship to last,
We should just sit down and put everything in the past.
I have been putting on this mask from you,
in hopes you won't ask.

You don't trust me. You never will.
Maybe after all this wasn't meant to be.
To me the thrill is gone.
Our perfect relationship took the crumble.
Now were all on the ground in this jumble.

You want this to work.
but all it seems is for you to lerk.
Down to my heart in which it will hurt.
I see the end and it's with you.
Those are my words, and their true.

I wasn't strong enough,
Not strong enough for you

i dont know, as i read this, the end seemed so abrupt
i found myself adding in my head
